Founding Partner
Kyle has spent almost two decades in the capital markets worlds, leaving her previous position at HIG Capital where she served as Global Head of Capital Markets to found independent investment firm KRF Capital in late 2019. Having built of team selected for possessing experiences and skillsets which compliment her own and leveraging her meticulous curated and globally reaching network of capital markets relationships, Kyle’s KRF Capital was designed from its core to identify and execute upon high quality value creation opportunities regardless of a targets sector, geography, or maturity. Since its inception, the Kyle and the KRF team have led over 60 investments across the capital stack and geographies. Investments span a range of primary and alternative asset classes, and in support of companies of all sizes/stages of development. Since founding KRF Capital, she has been investing from her family office into climatic companies, sports adjacent technologies and real estate across several asset classes. As an investor, she seeks to add strategic value to the companies and work with them to grow and become institutionally established.
Prior to joining HIG Capital, she held roles at companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, and Duff & Phelps.
Kyle holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
Management
William has financial experience spanning real estate, venture, B2C, Blockchain, energy and sports. Having founded and run a successful ventures in Food and Beverage and with new finance technologies he has also held various institutional positions within private equity focusing on Venture, Real Estate investment and asset management and in climate tech.
William graduated from University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and Applied Analytics. Born in Singapore, and has lived extensively in Europe and now resides in Los Angeles, CA.
