Founding Partner
Kyle has spent two decades in the capital markets sector.
In 2019 she founded an independent investment firm and led over 60 investments across the capital stack and international markets, spanning a broad range of primary and alternative asset classes and supporting companies of all sizes and stages of development.
In parallel, through her family office, she invests in climate-focused companies, sports-adjacent technologies, and real estate across several asset classes. As an investor, she focuses on adding strategic value and helping companies grow and mature into institutionally supported businesses. She identifies and executes high-quality value-creation opportunities across sectors, geographies, and stages of maturity.
Earlier in her career, Kyle served as Global Head of Capital Markets at H.I.G. Capital and built a globally connected network of institutional relationships. Prior to that, Kyle held roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, and Duff & Phelps.
Kyle holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Management
William has financial experience spanning real estate, venture, B2C, Blockchain, energy and sports. Having founded and run a successful ventures in Food and Beverage and with new finance technologies he has also held various institutional positions within private equity focusing on Venture, Real Estate investment and asset management and in climate tech.
William graduated from University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and Applied Analytics. Born in Singapore, and has lived extensively in Europe and now resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Former Partner at Mayer Brown with 20+ years in international debt structuring and asset transactions across Europe and emerging markets. Industry expertise across sectors, particularly in real estate, hospitality, sports, leisure and entertainment, venture & tech. Provides legal oversight and transaction execution expertise to the Fox family investments.
